Jeff Randolph to teach Clemson Masters Program class
Beginning Spring 2006, Jeff Randolph, Owner/President of The Randolph Group,
will teach the Practicum in Residential and Master-Planned/Resort Communities
masters program class at Clemson.
This class explores the residential development process, especially for large-scale
subdivisions and master-planned/resort communities. Guest speakers, case studies
and field visits are used. A capstone preliminary feasibility analysis for real-world
proposed development will be completed by diverse student teams.
Jeff Randolph received his education from Clemson University and has been in
residential land development for 18+ years. He has worked throughout the Southeast
but now specializes in South Carolina land development. The Randolph Group has
communities ranging from 12 lots to 1800+ lots and focuses on creating quality
lifestyle communities with outstanding amenities packages.
