TRG Announces New 202 Lot Community

The Randolph Group has initiated development on a 202-lot community in Simpsonville, South Carolina outside of Greenville. Verdmont will offer homes of traditional styles priced from $170,000 to $300,000, constructed by various builders, which are being selected at the present time and will be announced in the Fall.

Verdmont is The Randolph Group's next entry in the expansion of the Simpsonville area. This community, directly across from The Randolph Group's Neely Farm community, is near Interstate 385 and retail outlets on Fairview Road.

Verdmont will offer amenities and parks for the enjoyment of its residents. A resort pool will anchor one corner of the community opposite a neighborhood church. A two-football field size central park will serve as a focal point for the community.

Closer to Downtown Simpsonville, The Redfearn community is fully developed with a few lots remaining for home construction. Redfearn, a traditional village, was recently awarded Community of the Year by Builders Architect Magazine.
