Pendleton West Development Continues
In early June, The Randolph Group began site work for the townhome component
of its multi-million dollar Pendleton West development. It is anticipated that
site preparation will take 60-75 days. Upon completion, construction can begin
on 46 townhomes on the former site of the Greenville General Hospital. The site
work includes more than the installation of water and sewer lines and construction
of parking lots. Several truckloads of buried debris (brick and concrete - nothing hazardous!) were removed
to reclaim the site for development.
DP3 Architects of Greenville are finalizing the design of the one and two bedroom
units, which will be an attractive addition to the existing architecture of the

The townhomes will be priced from the $120s and will offer open floor plans and
inviting outdoor space. All units have broad porches and enclosed courtyards.
A central park, Wetherill Park, provides a place for reading, tossing a frisbee,
and other outdoor activities. The entire site is secure with gated access for
residents. The Randolph Group will partner with Quinn & Satterfield Builders
for the construction of the units. |
