Jeff Randolph to teach at Clemson University
In January 2006, Jeff Randolph accepted a position as Lecturer in the Master
of Real Estate Graduate Program at Clemson University. He will continue his role
as President of TRG.
During the Spring 2006 semester, Randolph taught the Practicum in Residential
and Master-Planned/Resort Communities class. This class explores the residential
development process, especially for large-scale neighborhoods. Guest speakers,
case studies and field visits were all utilized. A capstone preliminary feasibility
analysis for an actual proposed development was completed by the initial class
of the Graduate Program.
Jeff Randolph received a Masters Degree from Clemson University and has been
in residential development for over 20 years. Prior to forming The Randolph Group
in 1997, Randolph was Vice President of Residential Development for Liberty Properties
Group, a subsidiary of The Liberty Corporation, where he managed a $56 million-plus
residential portfolio of 30 active communities in four Southeastern states. Today,
The Randolph Group has communities ranging in size from 12 to 2,000 lots and focuses
on creating quality lifestyle neighborhoods with outstanding amenities.
