Recent Speaking Engagements
Jeff Randolph continues to be a requested speaker at conferences and meetings
regarding smart growth, low impact development techniques, and innovative developments.
Upstate Forever hosted over 125 participants for its "Dealing with Dirt" conference.
Jeff discussed numerous engineering and development techniques employed in our
communities to lessen the impact on the environment and natural landscape. The
speech was in conjunction with John Darrohn of Seamon, Whiteside & Associates,
civil engineers and landscape architects for several TRG communities.
On November 3, 2004, Jeff participated in a panel discussion regarding growth
issues before this year's class of Leadership Greenville. The discussion highlighted
the conflict between desired development and its economic benefits versus conservations
efforts and the goal of protecting the area's established environmental characteristics.
