Summer Openings
 
The summer of 2006 will see The Randolph Group open new phases of several existing communities.  These new lots will provide our builders with locations to meet continued demand for homes.  New phases will open in:
  • Planters Row in Greenville for Eastwood Homes;
  • Foxbank Plantation in Charleston for DR Horton, Sabal Homes, and KB Home;
  • The Villages of Arrowhead in Myrtle Beach for DR Horton;
  • The Park at Pendleton West in Greenville for Quinn & Satterfield;
  • Carilion in Greenville for Quinn & Satterfield, Katlyn Homes, Addison Homes, and RedPointe Builders;
  • Verdmont in Greenville for our team of local builders; and
  • Mulberry at Pinckney for Raby Construction

As of June 2006, The Randolph Group has 15 communities where over 25 builders are constructing homes for future residents.  These communities are throughout South Carolina making The Randolph Group one of a limited developer group with a presence across the state.
